Congratulations!

I had a similar story like this when I was becoming a freshman in high school. It was he first year that tryouts for the dance squad for the marching band were open to upcoming freshman and one of my friends actually had to convince me to even try out. I made it and was the "unseasoned" girl to the whole scene and did it for all 4 years. Ever since, if I have had any thoughts about "maybe", this comes to mind and gives me the the motivation to never have to think "What If".
I am now in my 40,s and have done and experienced many wonderful and challenging times and Jobs (yes plural-Jobs).
Keep going and challenge yourself. :)

What a touching tribute this routine has been this year, and what a blessing it has been for the rest of the cheer community to watch it unfold with a combination of such talent, respect, and love. Victor, Kristen, and the entire TG family-- always a class act.
Love and respect to you all,
Aly & Andrea

Would like to Thank you for your reflections of your days as a cheerleader and how it has helped you over the years. I have two grand daughters that have read this., They are only 8 & 6 but they love watching Cheerleading Nation. I believe they have recorded each one at least 5 times. Dunbar sits on property which belonged to my great grandfather (so I am told). I am so glad that my girls can see that cheerleading can be a positive thing in their life and that having Faith and believing in God is acceptable by leaders in our country.

Thank you and may God Bless you as you face your future and God is in control…

I loved Cheerleader Nation! I unfortunately decided to stop cheering as my freshman year approached because my doctor recommended it, I had been cheering for 5 years (2 years competitively) and its my one regret in life.
Watching UCA championships every year I think "that could have been me". I was lucky enough to have my mother coach my squad one year and while it was tough and there was a lot of fighting it was a great experience. Cheerleader Nation was great to watch but it did make me miss cheering so much but I loved seeing cheer practices again and since I am the same age it was like a godsend for me. Ryan is my idol and I've actually been watching reruns of the site recently and gave decided I'm going to do whatever I can to get back into cheering, maybe coach a local youth squad or something. Thank you so much for reminding me how much I love this sport!
