As cheerleaders, our bodies are constantly being trained and pushed to the limit. We jump, tumble, lift or fly without thinking twice. It’s hard for us to imagine what our lives would be like if we had brittle bones, but some people have to deal with it every day.

For the first time since 1984, the University of Alabama took home the national championship. Led by coach David McDowell, the Crimson Tide just barely beat of the University of Kentucky in what was probably the closest finish in recent history.
